My
Approach to Treating Patients
I
treat all types of extremity disorders with a special interest
in foot and ankle. My specialty background is in the treatment
of complex disorders of the foot and ankle. I am
dedicated to
help educate patients about their musculoskeletal disorders and
make informed decisions about treatment options. During my
medical school years at USC, I realized my interests lay in
directly helping people with functional aspects of their lives;
not just living a longer life, but a fuller and more satisfying
life.
I’ve taken that
approach with each patient I see. Regaining function in a timely
but safe fashion is the goal. A goal oriented approach allows me
to better assess what each person needs from me. Direct
involvement of the patient in the decision making and course of
treatment is of paramount importance. As a patient in my care,
you have access to our entire network of physicians, surgeons,
therapists, and supporting health-care staff members here at
Muir Orthopaedic Specialists.
With a focus
on meeting the needs of each patient, I stand ready to provide
you with the highest quality of care. Bilingual patient care
specialists and office staff are available to answer questions
and facilitate your care.
My
ultimate goal is to help patients realize their full potential
and an improved quality of life. I have enjoyed the opportunity
to come back to my home town to practice general orthopedics
with a sub-specialty in foot and ankle surgery. Being at home
makes it that much easier to treat each patient as if they were
one of my family
